Perpetual Inventory

Kits allow you to stock and sell components a la carte while offering bundled items at point of sale.

Unit of Measure Conversions

Do you stock rope by the foot and sell by the meter? Do you sell widgets by the case or each? AcctVantage allows each item to be stocked by a "base unit" and offered for sale in an unlimited number of alternate units of measure. You sales people select the appropriate unit at point of sale and AcctVantage takes care of adjusting inventory and prices accordingly.

Lot & Serialization

Do you have a need to track inventory by Lot or Serial Number? AcctVantage supports both. Detailed Lot & Serial Number history tracking makes recalls and service requests incredibly easy.

Easy Cycle Counts

Counting inventory is a disruptive and time consuming chore. AcctVantage ERP helps ease the pain by providing a simple means for updating your counts. Export a Cycle Count report, type your actual count into a spreadsheet and import into AV. Or better yet, bar code scan your way through the warehouse and let AV do the counting for you.

Aliases

Replacements for discontinued items, competitor's item number, catalog numbers...there are any number of ways to identify a product you want to sell. With AcctVantage ERP, you can create an unlimited number of "aliases" that refer to a single item. When entering a sale, it doesn't matter how the customer refers to an item; AcctVantage will find the right one for you.

Inventory Transactions List

Need a quick, and complete, history of a product? The Inventory Transaction List provides an on-screen or exportable history of all product activity. With just a couple mouse clicks you can quickly analyze all product receipts, issues and adjustments without digging through Invoices, POs and other transaction sources.
