Multiple Departments & Profit Centers

AcctVantage supports up to 999 distinct Profit / Loss statements, each with up to 999 departments.  Track your activity by region, product line, business unit, etc. and AcctVantage will handle the consolidated Balance Sheet and a company-wide P/L.

Fiscal Period Management

AcctVantage allows an unlimited number of open fiscal years and periods; we don’t force you to close a month or a year just to start a new one.  Month end closing utilizes a "soft close" function to prevent staff from entering data, while still allowing accounting staff to make adjustments.

Microsoft Excel Integration

Financial Statements can be sent directly to Excel.  Lay out your templates and formulas using standard Excel commands and AcctVantage will fill in the numbers.  Your accountants, auditors and others can even send spreadsheets of adjusting journal entries back to you for import into AcctVantage ERP.
